Terms of Sale

We sell to the trade only

DSP TRADING INC supplies perfume boutiques, specialty shops, chain stores, e-commerce sellers, exporters. We do not sell to individual retail consumers. Opening an account means confirming you are buying for a business, and we may ask for a resale certificate or other proof of trade status.

Order requirements

These apply to every order, opening or reorder.

• $500 minimum order. The order total must reach $500 before shipping and any applicable taxes or duties.
• 3 pieces per SKU. The minimum order quantity for any single item is 3 pieces. Combine as many different SKUs as you like to reach the order minimum.
• Prepaid. Payment by ACH, Zelle, or wire transfer, cleared before the order ships.
• Freight collect. Goods ship from our Piscataway warehouse and freight is your responsibility.

Request access through our wholesale access form, or call (732) 253-0815. We normally confirm an account within one business day.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown on this site are wholesale, per piece, in US dollars, and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties. Retail prices are shown for comparison only and are not a price we set or enforce.

Stock moves. Everything is offered subject to availability and prior sale, and prices can change. The listings here are drawn from our working availability list, but an order is only firm once we have confirmed it.

Authenticity

Everything we sell is authentic designer or boutique stock. Where an item is a tester, unboxed, or otherwise not in standard retail packaging, it is described that way in the listing and priced accordingly.

Payment

Orders are prepaid. We accept ACH, Zelle, or wire transfer. We confirm your order and invoice it, and it is picked and shipped once we have cleared funds — we do not offer credit terms, and we do not take credit cards.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Shipping and risk

Orders ship freight collect from our Piscataway warehouse. Title and risk pass to you when the goods leave that warehouse, and freight is billed to you or to the carrier account you nominate. Confirmed orders are processed the same day. See our shipping page for how deliveries and claims are handled.

Export orders

We supply international buyers and exporters, and we help with the import and export documentation an order needs. Duties, taxes and compliance with the rules of the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

The catalogue, descriptions and pricing on this site are for our trade customers' use in buying from us. Brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we stock.
