Who we are

What we collect

This is a business-to-business catalogue site. There are no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart, so the only information you give us is what you type into the wholesale enquiry form:

• Your business name and your name
• Your email address and phone number
• The type of business you run, if you select one
• Anything you choose to write in the message field

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser details, as an ordinary part of serving and protecting the site.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to set up and service a wholesale account. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form.

Who else handles it

Three services are involved in running this site:

• Resend delivers the enquiry to us by email, so your submission passes through their systems.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google supplies the map on our contact page. That map is embedded from Google, so viewing that page shares information with them and may set cookies under their own privacy policy. Our product listings are also drawn from a Google spreadsheet, but that happens on our server and involves nothing about you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and at present runs no analytics. The only third-party cookies you may encounter come from the embedded Google map on the contact page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about your account, and afterwards only for as long as our ordinary business records require. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

Email info@dsptrading.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; tell us and we will honour them.

Children

This is a trade site intended for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
